Enda is a lecturer on the BSc. in Athletic Therapy and Training in School of Health and Human Performance, DCU. Enda’s research interests include the epidemiology of musculoskeletal injuries in adolescents and young adults, the prevention of common musculoskeletal sporting injuries (e.g. hamstring and ACL injuries) and musculoskeletal health in people with chronic illnesses. He has published in a number of international journals and presented at a number of national and international conferences.
Enda is a member of the executive committee of Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy Ireland (ARTI) and sits on the International Board of Certification Council (iBOC). He is also ARTI’s representative on the Mutual Recognition Agreement Working Group. He has been a member of the Primary Care Partnership Conference organising committee (2016, 2017) and the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine Annual Scientific Conference (2014-2016).
